Sessions
Corner Men is a programme designed just for men, to find a safe place where they can blow off some steam, learn new skills, connect with others and enjoy a positive physical activity session. This non-contact boxing fitness session provides an opportunity for men to deal with their personal challenges in a safe and healthy way. Every session lasts 1.5 hours and includes a 45 minutes fitness session followed by 45 minute social time where like minded men have the opportunity to talk and connect.
